Sponsor Kids 212, Inc. ("Sponsor Kids 212", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through sponsorkids212.org, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Contact form: name, email address, and the content of your message, when you contact us through the site.
Sign-up form: name, email address, optional phone number, and your stated interest (newsletter and/or volunteering).
Donations: if you donate via Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or Givebutter, we receive your name, contact details, and donation amount from those platforms or from your own correspondence with us, so that we can record your gift and send a receipt.
We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions or messages
- To send donation receipts and acknowledgements
- To send occasional updates about campaigns, if you've signed up to receive them
- To maintain accurate donor and financial records for our nonprofit's accountability and tax-reporting obligations
Service providers
We use Google Firebase (hosting, database, and authentication) and Resend (transactional email delivery) to operate this site. These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes. Payment processors (PayPal, Venmo, Givebutter) have their own privacy policies governing information you provide directly to them.
Children's information
This website is directed at adult donors and supporters, not children. Photos or stories of children we serve in Morocco are shared only with explicit permission from the child and their guardian, and identifying details are withheld to protect their privacy.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to unsubscribe from updates, at any time by emailing info@sponsorkids212.org. We will retain donation records as required for financial and tax purposes even after an unsubscribe request.
